This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Cold Logic Capital ("Company") and the client identified below ("Client") for the development and delivery of a scroll-world immersive website for The Salty Scoop.
The Company agrees to deliver the following for a total project fee of $888:
1. Deliverables. Company will deliver the scope described above. Any additional features requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
2. Client Responsibilities. Client agrees to provide timely feedback, brand assets (logos, colors, content), and approvals to keep the project on schedule.
3. Payment. Full payment is due prior to launch. Failure to pay may result in the site not being deployed to the live domain.
4. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, Client owns the final delivered website files and content. Company retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.
5. Revisions. Up to 2 rounds of minor revisions are included. Major scope changes or additional pages will be quoted separately.
6. Hosting. The site will be deployed on Cloudflare Pages at no additional cost during the build. Ongoing hosting costs (~$5/mo) are Client's responsibility if a custom domain is used.
7. Limitation of Liability. Company's liability is limited to the total project fee. Company is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the website.
8. Cancellation. Client may cancel within 3 days of signing with no penalty. After 3 days, any work completed is billable at the hourly rate of $150/hr.
